From The Editor

Greetings,

Well, it has taken a little while for issue 3.3 to come together. However, we're sure you'll be pleased with the results.

Once again, we have mined the "gold" of the TESL-L discussion list for our Forum column. This issue's column takes on the thorny topic of teacher observation and evaluation. We are again grateful to Anthea Tillyer and the members of TESL-L for their permission to reprint the discussion herein.

Media Review Editor Needed!

You may notice the absence of a media review in this issue. We have been without a Media Review editor for two issues now, and desperately need a new one!

If you, or someone you know, would like to be involved in this wonderful cooperative enterprise, please send a letter of application to me at

sokolik@socrates.berkeley.edu.

All of our positions are voluntary (that is, no pay except eternal gratitude). As TESL-EJ has no budget for mailing, this position is best held by someone whose university or school will cover the cost of mailing software to reviewers.

Please contact us with questions or comments on any aspect of the journal, and thank you for your continued support.

Best,

Maggie Sokolik
Editor
