Scholars are asked to submit a proposal to the <a href=\"mailto:editor@tesl-ej.org\">editor<\/a> with a rationale for the issue, the bio-data of the proposed editors and other essential information similar to this earlier <a href=\"https:\/\/tesl-ej.org\/TESL-EJ_RP_special_2025.pdf\">Call for Papers<\/a>.
